Antoine's casting auditions move into the next round with a moderately enthusiastic Iris Berben. Percy turns the weather report into an impromptu couples' counseling session with psychotherapist Stefanie Stahl. Ernst Riedler delivers his hot take on the topic of the gender pay gap and the team in general is "fuming," while the audience is badly "shaken."

Teddy tries to give his show more structure. He promotes Antoine, Ernst, and Percy to co-hosts of the show and gives them their own tasks. Let's see what happens. Teddy Teclebrhan has created the perfect variety show. Unfortunately, Antoine, Percy, and Ernst Riedler (played by Teddy) have their own ideas about what makes a good show. Spoiler alert: Antoine's boy band with Patrice and Megaloh degenerates into chaos almost immediately – gossip expert Steven Gätjen intervenes and Emilia Schüle goes shopping. Why?
